About the event
Maura Abad was born in Cuba, raised in Ecuador, and has lived in the United States for over 14 years. She holds a degree in Tourism and has built a strong career in asset management and global leadership.
She currently serves as Global Relationship Leader at ReliabilityWeb.com, COO of the Reliability Leadership Foundation, and Director of Global Communications at the Association of Asset Management Professionals (AMP). Maura is also the Founder and Global Director of Women in Reliability and Asset Management (WIRAM), a global initiative dedicated to elevating and recognizing the contributions of women in the industry.
In addition to her leadership roles, Maura is an Executive Producer, author, and writer. She hosts the Asset Management Visionaries podcast and has published the poetry collections 42 Poems, It’s All About the Context and One Frame at a Time with Awareness. She also produced the short film Memento Vivere.
