Monica Hernandez
Keynote Speaker | CEO | Engineer | Podcast Host
I speak to shift perspectives, spark courage, and amplify voices that deserve to be heard.
As a keynote speaker, I bring the lived experience of a Colombian immigrant, engineer, mother, and CEO who broke barriers in Canada’s oil and gas sector—becoming the first Latina woman to found an engineering company in this space. My talks are rooted in authenticity, leadership, and the power of communication to transform industries and lives.
Through my company, Infinity Growth, I’ve led with purpose in a field where representation is rare. And through my global podcast, Materials.Business, I’ve built a platform that goes beyond titles—exploring the human stories behind science, engineering, and research. With guests and listeners from every continent, we celebrate the diversity that drives innovation.
I speak on stages to inspire action: to help leaders lead with empathy, to empower women navigating male-dominated spaces, and to show that our stories—especially the ones that haven’t been told—are our greatest tools for change.
If you're looking for a speaker who blends technical expertise, global perspective, and a deeply human approach to leadership and communication, let’s talk.
